Small Group (3-5 People)
Small Group Training gives clients the benefits of One-on-One and Two-on-One personal training, but with the added intensity of exercising with a small group and achieving similar goals. Small group training is affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and social support. Our personal trainers combine resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning and small apparatus equipment in a timed intesity principle aimed at helping our clients burn the most amount of calories in an hour while strengtheing your core stability and reducing body fat.
