Since 2001 I have been a member of several different fitness clubs. My goal was always to lose weight and gain muscle; however I was never told how to properly go about doing it. My body weight in November of 2004 went up to 205 lbs.; this was very discouraging for me. I had been regularly going to the gym, however instead of losing weight in a matter of 6 months I gained 40 lbs.

Since getting personal training with Pure Motivation Fitness, I have lost a total of 62 lbs. and 16.6% body fat. First and foremost my diet was most important. Dimitri gave me a nutritional plan which I strictly followed. I did 45-60 minutes of cardio 6 or even 7 times a week, and weight training 4-5 times a week. It took a lot of hard work and determination but in a short 6 months I achieved excellent results.

I want to thank Dimitri and his staff for their unsurpassed guidance, knowledge in nutrition and non stop motivation. Pure Motivation Fitness provide a solution to my weight loss problem.
