<h2><span style="color: #ff0000;">MINOR LEAGUE HOCKEY CAMP </span></h2>
<p class="style17">Recently, team Pure Motivation Fitness had the opportunity to work with the Toronto Aeros Minor League Hockey Team located at the Future Stars Hockey Area in North York , Ontario . We were asked to present a seminar which would educate and promote the benefits of proper Nutrition and Flexibility training to the young athlete&#8217;s ages 10-12.</p>
<p class="style17" align="left">We presented a 5 day seminar on:</p>

<li class="style17">The 3 elements of fitness (Strength, Endurance and Flexibility training)</li>
<li class="style17">Off ice callisthenic / plyometric training which included a take home written program</li>
<li class="style17">Flexibility training which included a take home program</li>
<li class="style17">Benefits of proper Nutrition discussing:</li>
<li class="style17">The 4 main food groups &amp; vitamins</li>
<li class="style17">Healthy Snacks .vs. Junk Food snacks</li>
<li class="style17">Nutrition for increased performance</li>
<li class="style17">Proper Hydration &amp; Sports Drinks</li>
<li class="style17">Pre &amp; Post Game nutrition/supplementation</li>
</ul>
<p><span class="style17">The seminar was very successful. The athletes were given a written quiz which was intended to evaluate the children&#8217;s knowledge over the whole week. The class average was 83% and the children were left with a life lasting experience which was safe, fun and most of all educational.<br />

<p class="style17" align="left">Our son attended the Penalty Box Foundation training camp this past summer and I want to share with you the positive impact it had our son.  Aside from the excellent on ice training our son received through Peter Bergamin <strong>we were equally as impressed with the fact he received off ice instruction which included the nutritional counselling.  Our son Peter who is 8 years old starting requesting choices for meals since your classes, he ask for egg whites only, different cereals and ask us to read what is in the ingredients on the box. </strong>We were quite surprised how serious he took the information and how much he actually listened and absorb it.  Thanks again Dimitri! &#8220;</p>

<p class="style17" align="left">Kids club has various programs   beginning form children <strong>ages 5-15 </strong> that are designed to meet the needs of each individual child and those of their parents.  Our certified staff will create a structured, age appropriate, weekly program which will incorporate:</p>
<p class="style17" align="left">-Various sports exercises</p>
<p>-Calisthenics / Plyometrics</p>
<p>-Balance &amp; Coordination skills</p>
<p>-Bosu &amp; Stability Ball training</p>
<p>-Various martial arts</p>
<p>-Safe flexibility training</p>
<p class="style17" align="left">Our kid&#8217;s club programs can help your child increase their natural and age appropriate strength levels, assist in their fine and gross motor proficiency, agility, and motor skills.  Education in proper nutrition is stressed whether children are home or at school.  We also have many catered sports specific programs that are designed to give your children the edge that they need to excel in their individual or team sport.</p>
<p class="style17" align="left"><strong>The most important benefit we offer, however, is the building of confidence and self esteem </strong>.  We believe that once you have helped a child that is overweight, shy, intimidated or even weak at a specific area of health and fitness, you&#8217;ve given that youngster a jumpstart on the path to becoming a healthy, well adjusted young adult.</p>
