ADRIANO NACCARATO

Certified Trainer/ Fitness consultant

Adriano brings over 10 years of experience to the table, with a resume that includes sports specific training, weight loss and conditioning, performance nutrition and everything from Olympic weightlifting to body building.

Before making fitness a full time commitment, Adriano spent time as a professional racing driver in the North American Formula 2000 series, he also had the opportunity to play soccer at the provincial level and train and compete in IOC Olympic Weightlifting against some of the best in the country.

When his journey in the fitness industry started, little did he know it would spark a passion for inspiring others to change the way they live, and to take their conditioning to a place they never though possible. Now, Adriano has personally helped hundreds of individuals achieve their fitness goals through fitness counselling, his dedication to training, and approach to sound nutritional programming.

Most recently he has worked as a conditioning coach along side internationally recognized nutritionist Gillian McKeith, appearing on the reality show Eat Yourself Sexy.

Joining Toronto’s top personal training dept at Pure Motivation Fitness, Adriano is also completing his degree in Athletic Therapy while applying what he learns to those he works with.

The field of Athletic Therapy involves not only rehabilitation for the active population; it also involves using a combination of most modern and proven techniques to increase the bodies’ biomechanical efficiency and function. With his background in kinesiology, and years of training experience, Adriano brings a unique and highly effective perspective on how to achieve the greatest results in the body while limiting the chance of injury and improving quality of life.

His goal is to change the fitness industry and the way people see their body by showing them their true potential when mind and body work together.

Flexibility and Rehabilitation

Most people have muscle imbalances in their body, resulting in lower back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain and many other areas of discomfort.

Imbalances can occur from many things: your past, you may have been born with them, or they may come from sports injuries. Car Accidents are the most common. And ever over use of certain muscles over the years, the way you walk, sit, or stand can contribute to muscle imbalance.

Dimitri and his staff will assess any muscle imbalances you may currently have. Through personalized stretching and strengthening programs, they will help you achieve improved posture, spinal alignment, flexibility, joint mobility and strength.

What Happens in a Personal Training Session?

All PMF workouts are based on Dynamic Personal Training – a stimulating and challenging combination of:

  • Free Weight & Manual Resistance (uses partner assisted resistance to increase intensity)
  • Machine % Small apparatus equipment (steppers, medicine balls, thera bands Ect)
  • Bosu and Stability ball exercises (to strengthen core stability and posture)
  • Active Recovery ( keeps your heart rate up and maximizes your caloric expenditure during rest time)
  • Eccentric training (helps you develop strength during the lowering phase of muscle movements (e.g. when lowering the bar to your chest during a bench press)

Your Personal Training session begins with:

  • Callisthenics – the use of your own body weight in exercise

Your session ends with:

PNF Stretching

  • Trainer-assisted stretching to soothe your muscles and improve your flexibility.

Do I Really Need a Personal Trainer?

If you answer yes to any of the following questions, you will benefit from PMF’s services.

• I want to lose weight
• I want to gain muscle
• I’m nervous about getting into the gym
• I have trouble motivating myself to exercise
• I belong to a gym, but haven’t seen any results yet
• I don’t really know which exercises and equipment are best for me and my problem areas
• I’d like to know what nutritional program would best fit my body and needs
• I have children that I’d like to be more physically active
• I’m an athlete looking for peak performance in a specific sport

Why Personal fitness trainers are more in demand?

Most of us don’t like the idea of exercising, but we do know that it’s important if we want to look and feel good for years to come. Sometimes that motivation to head to the gym or even just to your basement just isn’t there.

That’s one of the reasons why more and more people should consider personal training and its multitude of benefits.

Physical Benefits -When you work with a personal fitness trainer, you’re going to find some important physical benefits.

For one, the trainer is going to evaluate your fitness levels and determine a program that is going to help you reach your health goals and that will take into consideration your present state of fitness. Because of the professional fitness training, you’re going to be much less likely to suffer some type of injury while in the middle of training. You’ll also see reduced body fat, reduced body weight, and improved muscle tone much faster than you would without these services.

Psychological Benefits -During any exercise program, you’ll have times when you don’t want to go to the gym or get on the equipment. You won’t want to run that extra lap or head to the pool. You might even start looking in the mirror and wondering why you’re bothering when you’re not seeing results. This decrease in motivation and confidence is normal, but they often sidetrack even the most dedicated. With the help of a certified fitness trainer / fitness instructor, however, that’s not going to happen. He or she can walk you through these difficult periods and help you recover from the rough patches of training to go on and achieve your goals.

Cost Benefits - Although many people assume hiring personal fitness instructor is expensive, you can actually save money by choosing this route. Professional trainers have all of the equipment you need so you don’t need to spend thousands on exercise pieces or gym memberships ever again. Instead, the trainers come to the location of your choice with all of the materials and tools you’re going to need to get physically fit and to stay that way well into the future.
