Private Group Training Schedule

In order to decrease chances of potential injury and improve the intensity as well as the efficiency of the Pure Cross Training Classes, ALL NEW MEMBERS WITH NO LIFTING EXPERIENCE MUST ATTEND 2 WEEK (4 CLASSES) OF PURE LIFTING FUNDAMENTALS CLASSES BEFORE ATTENDING ANY PURE CROSS TRAINING CLASS

Unlimited Private Group Training Classes (less than 20 person max)

Private Group Training gives clients the benefits of One-on-One and Two-on-One personal training, but with the added intensity of exercising with a small group and achieving similar goals. Private group training is affordable and fun, while providing accountability, encouragement, education, and social support.

Our personal trainers combine resistance training, martial arts, core & cardiovascular conditioning, small apparatus equipment and many diverse sports specific training principles in a timed and carefully monitored fashion aimed at helping our clients burn the most amount of calories in an hour, strengthen and improve their core stability, build lean muscle and reducing stubborn body.

Because of our trademarked  Body Type (Genetic) personal training approach, members that participate in our group classes still enjoy the personalization of exercise choice selection, training intensity and rate of perceived exertion due to the smaller classes and the trainers ability to separate beginners, intermediate and advanced clients.

PURE Cross Training -
 For those serious about results vs. socializing in cardio class, this Gladiator workout will guarantee that you are challenged to explore the powers of not only your physical being but your mental and emotional energy as well, leaving your metabolism on fire!!!!  Using all body weight and partner assisted exercises.   This new method of functional conditioning we have created is unique and constantly evolving, so we guarantee you won’t get bored with the same old routine; it’s high intensity, functional and has a sole goal of improving physical fitness to the next level! It is widely used around the world with top athletes, mixed martial artists and strength and conditioning coaches to empower both athletes and the regular population.  Cross Training classes are non competitive, meaning, you’re not exercising or training to meet or exceed others intensity but to each owns ability and level.  You are training against the clock and your own personal best reps and times with each Dynamic Station created.  If you do not fully understand a Station or exercise you are encouraged to ask our trainers for help.

Pure Cross Training workouts  combine movements such as sprinting, suspended training, jumping rope, battling rope, agility training, weightlifting, carrying and throwing objects; we use barbells,dumbbells, gymnastic rings, pull up bars, kettle bells, medicine balls and many body weight exercises that will increase your lean muscle mass and burn lots of unwanted fat while improving metabolism & endurance!

PURE Weight Training – A dynamic mixture of free weights, bars, plates and other weighted goodies, designed to challenge the whole body and send the metabolism soaring.  Creating a high caloric expenditure throughout your hour session not only will you be building lean mass, burning unecessary fat calories but you will also be strengthing all connective tissues,  building more bone density and leaving your body in a highly anabolic state.

PURE SpinCore
– Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a stationary bicycle, not only challenges your heart and lungs but also your core and upper torso too. During the class you will be varying your pace, pedalling as fast as you can, other times cranking up the tension and pedalling slowly from a standing position. In total you will burn the most amount of calories per hour vs any other form of cardiovascular exercise out there.

PURE Kick Boxing
Incorporates punches, kicks, viscous elbows, knees & blocks in offensive and defensive drills as well as controlled sparring to provide you with a challenging blend of cardio, conditioning and self defense skills that can always come in handy.  Learn the art of proper Muay Thai boxing and increase metabolism and burn double the calories you do on a treadmill.   Pure Kick Boxing will also improve hand eye  coordination, body awareness and improve balance throughout your muscles and body.     Boxing Gloves are mandatory for this class as most drills require the use of punching and hitting the bag.

PURE Yoga Fitness
Create balance in the body through both strength & flexibility. Our yoga classes focus on breathing in relation to postures that holistically improve performance through breathing and relaxing poses/ postures, flexibility, balance, coordination and strength.

PURE Kids Club (ages 6-14)
– Kids club is a fun, non-intimidating, non-competitive fitness program combining strength and cardiovascular exercises in structured, supervised formats. Kid’s club is designed to allow each child to reach his/her optimum fitness level and encourages fitness for life in a safe and enjoyable way.  In addition, children are able to become educated on their own anatomy and learn agility, core and discipline skills for life.

  1. Please PRE – REGISTER either online  Or by calling Reception at 905-832-3331 two days in advance
  2. If you have already registered for a class and CANNOT make it, please remove yourself either online or by calling Reception.  Spots are limited to 15.
  3. Boxing Gloves are mandatory for any Kickboxing Classes.  Please bring your own or you can purchase a pair at reception.
  4. Please mention any physical limitations or medical concerns you may have prior to the start of your first class our trainer
  5. Class is closed 15min after start time.  Please do not ask for the exception.
  6. When entering a class late please enter quietly & do not disrupt the class.
  7. If you will be leaving the class early please exit quietly and place your equipment away
  8. Street (running) Shoes are not permitted on the studio floor.  Indoor Athletic shoes only please.
  9. If you must bring a phone, please silence the ringer.
  10. Please leave all gym bags, jackets and any other personal belongings in lockers and not on the floor.  Kindly bring towels and water bottles.
