Class Descriptions

PURE Small Group

With the integration of the Team Cross philosophy, our small group training classes provide an intimate and personal experience towards fitness. With groups of maximum four participants, our trainers are able to tailor a more custom approach to YOUR goals and provide more individualized attention while still working in a group setting!

PURE Team Cross

Cross Training classes are non competitive, meaning, you’re not exercising or training to meet or exceed others intensity but to each owns ability and level. You are training against the clock and your own personal best reps and times with each Dynamic Station created. If you do not fully understand a Station or exercise you are encouraged to ask our trainers for help.

This high intensity total body workout will help improve your physical fitness level independently each time you take a class! Cross Training workouts use many bodyweight exercises that will increase your lean muscle mass and burn unwanted fat while improving metabolism & endurance! They combine movements such as:

PURE Kickboxing

Incorporates punches, kicks and blocks in offensive and defensive drills; as well as controlled sparring to provide you with a challenging blend of cardio, conditioning and self defence skills that can always come in handy. Boxing Gloves are mandatory for this class as most drills require the use of punching and hitting the bag.

PURE Team Spin

Spinning is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a stationary bicycle, not only challenges your heart and lungs but also your core and upper torso too. During the class you will be varying your pace, pedaling as fast as you can, other times cranking up the tension and pedaling slowly from a standing position. In total you will burn the most amount of calories per hour vs any other form of cardiovascular exercise out there.

PURE Yoga Fitness

Create balance in the body through both strength & flexibility. Our yoga classes focus on breathing in relation to postures that holistically improve performance through breathing and relaxing poses/ postures, flexibility, balance, coordination and strength.

PURE Kids Club (ages 6-14)

Combining strength and cardiovascular exercises in structured, supervised formats. Children are able to become educated on their own anatomy and learn agility, core and discipline skills for life.

Group Training @ Pure Motivation Fitness Studio provides a new method of functional conditioning that is unique to each class, each participant and is constantly evolving, so we guarantee you won’t get bored with the same old routine. All Classes are designed by our trainers and not your average or traditional group exercise instructors. Our personalized ratio places more emphasis on form and technique in smaller groups of less than 20. Thus enabling you to have safe, efficient confidence boosting exercise classes designed to change not only the way you think and train but the way you look. Benefits include: Increased Cardiovascular Endurance, Motivation, Muscular Strength, Tone and Flexibility. Get ready to SWEAT!

Class Policies: For your safety & in consideration of others
  1. Please PRE – REGISTER either online or using our app (with the link provided) Or by calling Reception 2 days in advance
  2. If you have already registered for a class and CANNOT make it, please remove yourself either online or by calling Reception. Spots are limited to 4-20.
  3. Boxing Gloves are mandatory for any Kickboxing Classes. Please bring your own or you can purchase a pair at reception.
  4. Please mention any physical limitations or medical concerns you may have prior to the start of your first class our trainer
  5. Class is closed 15min after start time. Please do not ask for the exception.
  6. When entering a class late please enter quietly & do not disrupt the class.
  7. If you will be leaving the class early please exit quietly and place your equipment away
  8. Street (running) Shoes are not permitted on the studio floor. Indoor Athletic shoes only please.
  9. If you must bring a phone, please silence the ringer.
  10. Please leave all gym bags, jackets and any other personal belongings in lockers and not on the floor. Kindly bring towels and water bottles.
