This program will primarily teach you how to structure your workouts, nutrition and lifestyle habits around your specific “Body Type” – scientific principles that will maximize your results and get you speeding towards your goals. You will learn what to eat, when to eat it and what to do for exercise, when and how often!

This program doesn’t leverage the latest trends and fads that often are marketing gimmicks designed to trick people into believing in secret techniques or impossible results. It’s based on Coach Dimitri’s 3 decades of experience teaching clients the science of Body Type Training and developing a steady methodical pace towards reaching goals.

YES! Coach Dimitri will give you a new, revamped roadmap, paved with the Body Type approach, that will optimize the remolding of your physique. He will literally map out what physical activities you need to do each day along with a nutritional guideline tailored to your body type.  He will also teach you the proper technique and provide over 300 exercise demonstrations in his app.

Anything you do that will have significant impact on your life is going to take time, but if you are truly committed to reaching your goals, you will make it a priority!  More importantly, don’t you think its worth investing in a coach now, so you can teach & pass on this fitness lifestyle to your kids?

Of course!  If you are experiencing any current aches or pains, then before beginning the actual program Coach Dimitri will get on a zoom call and will go over what your limitations are and how to best work around them.

100% YES! In fact this is one of the main pillars of what makes Coach Dimitri’s program work so well. Once we set up your weekly training, nutrition and lifestyle habits you will be provided a weekly no BS check-in form for Coach Dimitri to examine and keep you on track.

Absolutely not! Coach Dimitri is a father, family man and runs a business and knows how limited your time really is! The workouts are designed with a results to time ratio, meaning he wants to get you in and out of the gym or your workout area in less than 60 min, 3-4 days per week. 

The PURE Body Type Training experience is a six month All In Fitness & lifestyle transformation program that has different workouts and training principles programmed for you each month.  For those who have much larger goals, require more assistance or coaching yearly membership plans are available as well.

By working with Coach Dimitri, you get to leverage his 3 decades of fitness expertise and the science behind the Body Type Training System!
