About Aaron

Aaron has always been interested in physical activity at a young age. His world opened up when he received his first dumbbell set and discovered the world of resistance training. He started working out regularly and completely fell in love with fitness. With his new found passion he decided to share it with others, and discovered his joy in helping others find their passion for fitness and accomplishing their goals. Over the years he decided to turn the knowledge and experience he has obtained in living the healthy lifestyle into his career.

Aaron went to University to obtain his degree in Physical and Healthy Education, then to College for his Diploma in Strength and Sports Conditioning. During this time he was introduced to the sport of competitive Power Lifting, and his passion continued to grow.

Aaron believes that exercise and fitness is the answer to almost any problems one would have in life. Whether it be stress, anxiety, low energy levels, or whatever it might be, exercise and fitness will be a great asset to improving lifestyle. He believes fitness is not just going to the gym, but a lifestyle, from beliefs, decisions, and commitment.

If you were a superhero who would it be & why?

The Hulk, be practically invincible, and have potentially limitless strength. Also, going on a destructive rampage would be nice.

Your secret to success?

Stop looking at how much further your goal is, but instead how far you’ve progressed from where you started. As long as I am better than the me  of yesterday, I’m already winning.
