I’m a customer service representative here at PMF & am here to help/answer any questions you may have. Whether it’s a simple tour of the gym or you’re a member that’s having issues booking classes, I can assist with it all.
I care about every single member here & there’s nothing of more value to me than helping someone go through an experience that makes them happy, confident & stronger than ever.
I discovered my love for fitness about 5 years ago. If there’s anything you’ll learn here at PMF, it’s your body type and the importance of it. I’m an ectomorph and found it incredibly hard to gain weight/put on muscle. Once I started working out and learning what to do the right way, not only did I feel better about my physical appearance but mentally, I was doing amazing. I’ve been addicted ever since.
Fitness has such amazing mental & physical benefits & I believe everyone should be incorporating it into their routine one way or another. We only have one body & one life, so let’s make sure we do it the right way!
What do you say to the person who’s afraid to begin exercising?
We’ve all been there & it’s quite intimidating getting started especially as a beginner. We all start somewhere & can’t let fear let us from reaching our greatest potential. Reach out to (a personal trainer, a friend, etc…) and get started. Once you start, it’ll be hard to stop.
Favorite Exercise?
My favourite exercise would have to be deadlifts.
Least Favorite Exercise?
Squats, I hate them.
What do you do when you’re not helping members at PURE Motivation Fitness?
Spending the time with my angel of a dog, Rambo. Either on 2 hour walks or hiking. If not that, reading.
Who do you look up to & why?
My mom. She raised my sister & I by herself and came to a new country knowing no English at all. My grandparents as well, as I wouldn’t be where I am without them, have taught me to be independent & taught me many valuable life lessons.
Guilty Indulgence?
Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
If you were a superhero who would it be & why?
The Flash, everything gets done quick.
Your secret to success?
I think the secret to success is learning from your failures & not letting them bring you down. You need to take risks & know that you don’t have to achieve your goals the next day nor the next month. It can take time & you must have a positive mental attitude. If you believe it, you can achieve it.
