Ryan entered into the world of fitness at a young age, playing various sports but became very serious when he entered high school and started his training in wrestling and martial arts. Once he entered the gym for the first time he realized how positively it affected his sports and the rest is history. He continued those habits into University as he completed his degree in Kinesiology: Honors in Movement Science and later continued that study as he became a Level 2 Fascial Stretch Therapist with his sights on becoming a specialist.
With several years of experience, he has had the opportunity to work with a huge range of clients: fat loss, rehabilitation, strength, muscle gaining, mobility, and sport specific training. His clients experience world-class training and true long lasting results. They can expect an attentive trainer, who truly cares about their well being and to leave feeling better than when they came in.
Ryan specializes in mobility, martial arts training, fat loss and other forms of training that optimize natural human movement. He believes in balance; restoring balance to your life and body allows us to see clearer, feel better and live with intention.
