About Tristan

Tristan started playing soccer at the young age of 9 competitively and currently plays throughout the city of Toronto. Soccer allowed him to travel to Ireland, England, Scotland, Dominica and across the United States during his youth years. After Highschool Tristan committed to Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids Michigan on a soccer scholarship. He captained the Men’s soccer team in his Junior and Senior year at Cornerstone winning MVP of the team in his final year.

Tristan still spends much of his time on a soccer pitch but now more in a coaching role. He currently coaches across the city with his focus on achieving higher coaching licenses in the future.

Tristan appreciates the relationship between body-mind on and off the pitch. Building a strong foundation physically and mentally will make your goals achievable. His motivation comes from directly helping others improve & will push him to improve himself while at PMF.
