Can I cancel my membership trial?

Yes. If your membership trial has not started and you wish to opt out, you can contact one of our membership ambassadors by phone or in person to have your full membership fee refunded. We will not process any cancellations that are requested by email or via our contact form.

If you have already started your membership trial, you can cancel within the first 5 days of your trial and you will be refunded for half the cost of the membership fee. In order to cancel your trial after you’ve started, you must contact one of our membership ambassadors by phone or in person only.

I have another question regarding The 10 Day Ultimate Membership Trial. Who can I ask?

For all inquiries related to our 15 Day Ultimate Membership Trial, you can contact us at 905-832-3331. You are also welcomed to drop by in person and ask for a tour or speak to one of our friendly PMF staff members. Alternatively, you can send us questions on our contact form and we will respond within 48 hours.

Can I book my 60 min Fitness Assessment & Movement Screening Session and then Pay in Person?

Yes! 100% that’s no problem champ! We are more than happy to take your payment in person at the studio 5 min before your scheduled appt by booking here
