The BEST gym I've ever been to. This is a boutique gym so you immediately feel like you are on a different level from the service, staff to the facility itself. Dimitri and his team will always go above and beyond for you and make you feel like you are a part of their family. He takes care of the gym so well that it is truly in mint condition every time you walk in. He is so involved in the gym and makes sure his staff are too, and that makes all the difference in the quality of your experience. Dimitri is extremely knowledgeable and set you on the right path to ensure success by assisting in every aspect of your body (tailored to YOUR body type) for your fitness, nutrition and attitude! As Dimitri says, Attitude is Everything - and their positive attitude is sure to affect yours! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Pure motivation fitness is purely the best fitness gym in the city! The coaches and trainers are the kindest most knowledgeable people. The way that the owners care about their clients is unmatchable. They truly care about each client and their needs on a personal basis. I highly recommend this place! ūüôā

I have been a member for 3 years now. I have never trained at a gym like this. The coaches are top notch. They work hard to devise class programs and one-on-one sessions. All staff are aware of member's needs, injuries and strengths and work to achieve your true potential. Can't say enough about the facility, staff and owners. Looking forward to another year at the gym.

What a great facility. Staff, members, and all...this is by far one of my favourite environments to train in while in the GTA. Expert advice, authentic vibes.....I strongly recommend it to anyone looking to step up their game in a safe and supportive domain
