About Julius T.

Julius, an accomplished athlete, immersed himself in multiple organized sports during his childhood, with a particular focus on hockey and soccer. As he transitioned into his teenage years, he added wrestling and rugby to his repertoire, showcasing his versatility on the high school playing fields. From the age of 14, he dedicated himself to training in fitness gyms, driven by a desire to improve his athleticism.

At 18, Julius’s passion for mixed martial arts (MMA) ignited, propelling him into a journey of discipline and skill. By the age of 20, he celebrated a victorious debut in an amateur competition, leaving an indelible mark on the audience. His dedication paid off once again as he secured an amateur MMA title in Montreal, marking a significant milestone. Transitioning to the professional ranks at 25, he has amassed a commendable 2-1 record while also earning numerous jiu-jitsu medals at esteemed tournaments. Alongside his personal achievements, Julius has channeled his expertise into training others, providing personalized guidance in private sessions, fitness and martial arts gyms, and even outdoor settings.

Julius firmly believes in the value of hard work, dedication, and proper technique. Understanding that sustainable progress and injury prevention are vital, he emphasizes consistency and the integration of fitness into a healthy lifestyle. He recognizes that the simple act of movement, whether it’s a leisurely walk, dancing, or stepping into the gym, contributes significantly to personal growth over time.

Drawing from his extensive knowledge in martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, and strength and conditioning, Julius specializes in delivering tailored workouts. His journey began as he embarked on a transformational quest to shed excess weight and enhance his athletic abilities during his teenage years. Through trial and error, he acquired valuable insights into effective workout practices, which he now imparts to his clients. Realizing the importance of optimal strength and conditioning during his professional MMA career, he incorporated advanced lifting techniques into his routines, further enhancing his training methods.

What do you say to the person who’s afraid to begin exercising?
Don’t be. Everyone starts somewhere whether it’s your first day in a gym or you’re coming back from a long layoff and all great athletic or fitness endeavors that anyone has ever witnessed always began with a single step. Sometimes just a simple act of movement is all you need to build momentum for a rewarding journey. Plus trainers and other members will be there to educate, encourage, and empower you along the way.

Studying martial arts, playing video games, and getting lost in nature.

Georges St-Pierre (GSP) because he revolutionized the sport of MMA and carried himself as a true professional, representing Canada well on the international stage.

If you were a superhero who would it be & why?
Batman because he doesn’t have any superpowers but instead relies on hard work, discipline, and focus to accomplish tasks. Not to mention a fellow martial arts practitioner!
