Our Small Group Personal Training allows for members to, have their own 6 x 6 ft box, working in groups of max 6 people

Core Skills

  • Every member has their own equipment the entire class
  • All equipment is sanitized before and after usage
  • Every day members get a new program along with equipment focus every day (ex. Sandbags, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Body-Weight, Medicine Balls)
  • Due to the smaller size, members can receive a personalized approach to their specific goals and/or limitations.

Class Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 6 AM – 11 AM
  • Monday to Friday: 5 PM – 9 PM
