Fitness Classes with Only 6 People?

At Pure Motivation Fitness, we offer the most exclusive and creative fitness classes in Vaughan. Our customized personal training is currently set for small groups of only 6 participants maximum.

This small group personal training allows for members to work out in their own 6 x 6 ft box, with their own equipment. Open to all fitness levels, our coaches will challenge you and make sure you are always in “your zone”. For all members, we make it easy to start, stay motivated and get results. Most importantly we have taken our member’s safety very seriously. You won’t find these elite small group fitness classes anywhere else in Vaughan or Maple area. Got A Question?

Core Skills

  • Every member has their own equipment the entire class
  • All equipment is sanitized before and after usage
  • Every day members get a new program along with equipment focus every day (ex. Sandbags, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Body-Weight, Medicine Balls)
  • Due to the smaller size of our fitness classes, members can receive a personalized approach to their specific goals and/or limitations.

Vaughan Fitness Class Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 6 AM – 11 AM
  • Monday to Friday: 5 PM – 9 PM
