About Daniel

Daniel played at competitive levels in both hockey and soccer until he was 17 years old. He then decided to pursue the art of Muay Thai, learning discipline and hard work, in which he believes are very important, attributes to live a successful and healthy life. He has been very intrigued by the capabilities of the human body since he was in high school, already deciding by 16 years old that he wanted to pursue a career in the health and fitness industry. He then decided to attend York University for Kinesiology and Health Science, where he graduated from the Honours program.

Since then Daniel has now been in the health and fitness industry for 9 years, gaining experience coaching and consulting with clients of many different physical and fitness goals. With Daniels broad knowledge base, there isn’t a client that Daniel can’t worked with! He currently manages the studio and also runs corporate wellness programs at PMF.
