I am personal trainer and an up and coming fighter. I am a boxer, a former freestyle wrestler and a pending mixed martial artist. I have coached many athletes and regular people in the martial arts of boxing, kickboxing, and wrestling. I’ve also trained both type of Clients for Strength and conditioning, weight loss, hypertrophy (weight gain), and athletic performance. I am a certified personal trainer and a York graduate specializing in kinesiology and health sciences.

I specialize in weight loss, weight gain and boxing/wrestling training. Through resistance training I build clients muscle, strength, power, speed and agility. Through martial arts training like boxing, I also build up the cardiovascular respiratory system to get clients fit, and shredded to lose weight and have an optimal ratio of fat vs muscle. Clients not only ended up looking better and stronger but also more fit and healthy. My boxing training is precise so not only does cardio improve but the technical aspect and skills, being able to punch hard fast and accurately as well as defend (block/avoid) punches.
