Salima is a positive, energetic individual with a passion for fitness and health. Salima has been running and weightlifting avidly for 5 years and has completed a half and a full marathon. Salima graduated with distinction from the University of Guelph-Humber with a BASc Kinesiology degree, along with a diploma in fitness and health from Humber College.
Taking small steps daily will lead to big achievements and incorporating exercise into our lifestyle is vital to creating a healthy body and happy mindset. Learning how to manipulate running and weight lifting to safely improve her own function, strength and endurance, Salima wants to use her enthusiasm and positivity to share how small improvements will help you reach your goals and make a big impact!
