About Tristan

Tristan has been an athlete since he was 5 years old, playing competitive soccer, basketball and football as well as a Tae Kwon Do black belt. He believes strongly in the connection between a disciplined body and a disciplined mind. 

He is a certified personal trainer and continues to improve his skills believing in life long learning. He specializes in strength conditioning and is constantly looking for new and advanced ways of building your best body.

Tristan is passionate about giving back. He is a volunteer rep basketball coach and teaches fitness at a local shelter. He also uses fitness as a way to motivate the children at Montessori after school care.

Tristan believes in a holistic healthy overall lifestyle including nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness. He embodies integrity, discipline and a strong work ethic to achieve results. He does not accept half measures for himself and strives to impart that same passion for his clients to help them achieve their goals.
