For the Rocky in you

Burn upwards of 400 as participants incorporate punches, kicks and blocks in offensive and defensive drills; as well as controlled sparring to provide you with a challenging blend of cardio, conditioning and self defence skills that can always come in handy.

Boxing Gloves are mandatory for this class as most drills require the use of punching and hitting the bag.
