About Melissa Cosentino

Melissa’s journey in the health and fitness world started when she was in high school at the age of 16. She was overweight as a young teen and knew she needed to make a change for the better. By the time Melissa graduated high school, she lost all the weight she put on through her younger years. She started working at a gym that helped her get to where she is today, which in turn made her decide that the fitness and health industry was for her. The way she felt mentally and physically made such a huge impact in her life that knew she wanted to help others feel this way as well.

This led Melissa to getting her diploma at Humber College in the Fitness and Health Promotions program. She has her training certification with the Ontario Fitness Council. Melissa has worked with a variety of clients whether it had to do with weight loss, strength gain, muscle gain and rehabilitation clients. You can expect compassion and motivation from Melissa. She is always giving positive feedback and strives to push all her clients to their full potential.

What do you say to the person who is afraid to begin exercise?
Change is not something that we should fear. Rather, it is something that we should welcome. Without change nothing in this world would ever grow or bloom, and no one in this world would ever move forward to welcome the person they’re meant to be.

My parents because they are both such hard workers and strive to always see good in everything.

Wonder Women because of her determination and superhuman strength and durability.

Your secret to success?
I train my mind to see the good in every situation. No matter what gets thrown my way my attitude towards it is a little thing that makes a big difference.
